- Manufacturing defect
1.1. Jewellery purchased on the Site has a six-month warranty if the product has a manufacturing defect. What is this?
1.2. Manufacturing defects are not that common. Before a piece of jewellery reaches the Site, it is inspected by several people at various stages. Each piece of jewellery is checked, but sometimes there may be a pass.
1.3. If a piece of jewellery breaks during the warranty period and is found to have a manufacturing defect, repairs will be free of charge. If the product breaks for other reasons, it can be repaired at the Buyer's expense.
- Manufacturing defects
- Defects of the jewellery itself: weak fastening of stones, locks in earrings, hinge joints in bracelets, cracks, chips, scratches;
- Discrepancy between the imprint of the state hallmark and the actual sample of the jewellery alloy;
- Inconsistency of product characteristics with label data or quality certificate.
- Coating
3.1. Abrasion of the coating is not a defect, but natural wear and tear of the jewellery, a sign that it is often worn.
3.2. The coating is guaranteed for 45 days. If more time has passed since purchase, the jewellery may be re-plated at the Buyer's expense.
- What is not covered by the warranty
Warranty service and money back do not apply to these cases:
- the jewellery has traces of mechanical damage;
- storage and care conditions were violated;
- changes occurred due to natural wear and tear of the jewellery;
- jewellery was repaired by third parties, not representatives of the Operator;
- part of the jewellery: earring, pendant or other part is lost.
- What is the return or repair process
5.1. Send a request to the Operator by email contact@lordore.com, attach a photo of the jewellery and a receipt or other document accompanying this jewellery. The Operator will contact the Buyer to select the day and method of delivery of this jewellery item to the Operator.
5.2. The Buyer sends the jewellery to the Operator. If the breakdown is due to manufacture, the delivery of the product will be on Operator’s charge. In other cases it will be paid by the Buyer. The Operator notifies the Buyer of delivery of the product upon receipt of the jewellery.
5.3. After repair, the jewellery will be sent to the Buyer. If a manufacturing defect is detected, delivery is free. If the jewellery is damaged due to mechanical impact, then repair and delivery will be on charge of the Buyer.
